suspect anthony anderson. they are detectives gregg boyd, michael vodarick, and todd strohman. strohman is a decorated police officer. he was shot in november of 2010. sources say he had the most physical contact with anderson during that encounter. anderson died of blunt force injury. he suffered broken ribs and a ruptured spleen. anderson's family argued the autopsy results support criminal charges against the officer who had the hands-on contact. >> they said he was just faking because he didn't want to go to jail. that is not true. tony suffered on that lot. he was handcuffed and suffering and he died. we want these officers fired. we want them arrested. we want them convicted, because if it was a normal citizen that committed homicide, they would be behind bars. >> the police unit is coming out in support of all three officers saying they handled that arrest by the book. gregg boyd has been sued in the past for excessive force. >> a rash of shootings in west baltimore kept police busy last night. the first happened in west baltimore on west lanvale street. about 10 minutes later, p
